UPDATE: The Menifee Reform site welcomes The Menifee Master Lakes Association Community back. As you know we the Reform Members had taken a break waiting for the outcome of the RECALL.

We had been told over and over again by our Board of Directors that RECALL had failed so we bit our tongues and waited the Board out. We knew sooner or later we would see their true colors, and we did. As you have by now been informed, our BODs with petition in hand ask a Judge to open and count only director ballots from our last election.

I, Lucille Walund, with another RECALL member showed up in court along with our BODs and Association attorneys to contest the sole opening of Director ballots for why would the RECALL ballots not be opened. Neither elections made quorum and they were tied together in our annual meeting. If you lowered quorum for one why not for the other? The attorney tried his best to quote statues as to why a quorum needed to be reached for RECALL, but he was unable to satisfy the Judge with his explanation and therefore we were granted the opening of the RECALL ballots last night. The Judge was very interested and was very patient with us for we were without representation. He never scolded us or told us to sit down like some members of our community would like you to think.

Please, use your head.. for he ordered the RECALL ballots opened. He also stated to the BODs and their (our) attorney, that he believes the RECALL had been done properly but that he would hear their case. The Judge then ordered all ballots be opened and counted. He gave the MLMA the August 28^th date in his department #8 incase the RECALL won because he knew there would be opposition. The opposition being, accusations that some step was missed or something not done right with the starting of the RECALL. Now, how totally asinine is that. Our BODs are admitting that, “ We spent lots money, hired an Inspector of Election, had ballots printed, letters sent out to the community and new letters informing us on the upcoming and past RECALL, and when all was done, had an election but we didn’t cross our “T”s or dot our “I”s. Now after the community losing total faith in our BODs by RECALLING these BODs last night, they intend to go back to court August 28^th and protest the results and the RECALL itself. And these are the same people crying about the monies wasted and being wasted. Have they forgotten that the community asked these same BODs to step down on two different occasions with two BODs in total agreement with the BODs stepping down, but these people were too proud and instead decided to act out as usual.

Have they forgotten that their positions were not paid positions? Have they forgotten that the community put them in office and with a RECALL, have the right to remove them? Where is their integrity and honor, or this is all about ego? So, now the community has spoken, George, Susan, Jerry  (for Greg), Crystal, Don and Chris (which were the only two board members who listened to their community and were able to understand and comprehend that this group of BODs were disastrous and were not helping our community, agreed that the BODs indeed needed to step down, but the other four will be back in court August 28^th thus contesting the results and thus spending more money on attorney representation. Menifee Lakes, who is spending and wasting your money??? This lame duck board is. The community has spoken… get the Hell out. Take your long walk of shame and cherish it as the “Only Menifee Lakes BODs to be RECALLED. Oh and lets not forget, the man and family that you tried so hard to destroy, Don Harris, will be sitting in your seat helping to lead  and restore our community.

01/15/07:   Hi there folks! This has nothing to do with the “Recall” except that a member of our community continues to be under the attacks as subject of personal vendettas and grudges. Some who are working very hard to keep their promise to “destroy this person”. These vindictive people have gone through great lengths to make the lives of his entire family miserable. Its standing by and seeing this family continue to be plagued by the destructive acts that I chose to go to court last Friday, wherein I sat in on the hearing as a witness and for support. To stand silent and watch lives being literally destroyed is just not in me. I would not have addressed this issue since again, it has nothing to do with our “Recall”, EXCEPT that it shows how far some in our community will go to destroy a man and his family.

Donald Harris lives in Menifee Lakes, and I am here to set the story straight since others in the community, Roach and Savard, continue to live and breathe half-truths! Shallow existence I must say. Let’s just remind what the truth actually is. We have no hidden motives for doing otherwise! Yes, Mr. Harris has two restraining order against him. These orders seem pretty easy to get if you have the verbage down and friends to mis-state the facts. What IS so hard to understand is that some of these people were once good friends of Mr. Harris and enjoyed being on his payroll. Yes, Pauline worked for Mr. Harris, always received bonuses at the end of the year, received a cushy job with days off as needed with pay, received turkeys or hams for the holidays from Mr. Harris, and now she speaks against him with such hatred. With friends like that, who needs enemies??  All to be “friends” with ones out to make Mr. Harris the object of their hatred.

Ken Durante’s office (the lake office), on the other hand, has become a hang out for the boys of Menifee Truth and our CFO. And guess what, Ken fears for his safety all of a sudden?  Again all that was needed were letters from Mr. Harris’s hate group to back up Ken’s accusations. See a pattern here, make a complaint, get your friends together to make lies and false statements and here we go. Now let’s get down to the nitty-gritty: Friday’s court appearance was very interesting. Suzy Allen, AKA the Duck Lady, sought a restraining order, which was denied. She admitted to the judge that her rationale for her requested order was just to help her friend, Pauline. The judge reprimanded her for wasting the Courts time and misusing the legal system.  Friends and neighbors, this was a plain example of how friends help friends to ruin someone’s life, totally disgusting!! Ms Allen’s credibility, if there ever was any, went straight down the tube and should prove to be very embarrassing in her case against Mr. Harris.

Now some enlightening concerning the Big Boys at ‘truth’! Mr. Harris did not receive the permanent order against these two, but not because the judge didn’t believe he had been harassed, but because he was not able to fulfill the requirements needed for his order. There it is, plain and simple. The judge went on to explain to Mr. Harris that he could return to Court and file charges if the conduct of Roach and Savard persisted. This judge was very helpful walking Mr. Harris through his case not allowing Roach and Savards’s attorney to take advantage since Harris was not represented by an attorney. He, the Judge, sternly admonished Roach and Savard and told them he did not want to have them appear before him again and that he, the Judge, was aware of the community strife and battling. He continued looking directly at Roach and Savard; they should stop their activity for he didn’t want to see them in “Orange jump suits” seated in his Courtroom. He then ordered them to pay their own court cost/attorney fees.

So friends, I ask you, now that you know what really happened in the courtroom on Friday, does it sound like they walked out of there unscathed? I think not! Sounded and looked like they got their hands smacked to me. So there you have it, the Truth and nothing but the Truth!! Just hate it when people do half-ass-jobs when supposedly reporting the Truth ! Savard and Roach, where is your Honor…Stop the lies and the silliness. We need to move on. These men must have way too much time on their hands!!

1. Please remember that the election is January 16th . Ballots hand-delivered for Secret ballots for the election of Delegates and Directors at the Annual Meeting of the Districts, must be received prior to the meetings call to order at 3:30PM on the 16th of January.

2. Ballots for “Recall” which are hand delivered must be received by The Inspectors of Elections (TIE) prior call to order at 6:30PM of the Annual Meeting of the Master Association. The meeting will be held at the Wheatfield Park Facility.

3. If you choose to mail your secret ballots, TIE must receive them by January 15th. We hope that this information has helped you and we ask you to Please Vote "YES" on the Recall.

Happy New Year Menifee Lakes!  These past few months have been very harmful and chaotic for our community and hopefully it will all be over soon. We were hoping that “Menifee Lies” would have obtained some honor over the holidays, but unfortunately for them, this is a quality, which cannot be bought… if you don’t have it, you just don’t have it. So it is time again to set the “truth free”.

1. Yes, it is about time we had qualified and licensed applicators taking care of our lake…it’s just too bad that Water Resources didn’t come fully qualified for the job. They were given time to get the required credentials. That’s like hiring a doctor to do surgery who hasn’t completed his schooling. Just think, we as a community let this happen and then paid for it.

2. Emmons will remain our Property Management Company to complete this contract, but other Property Management Companies are also being looked at. Let us give credit where it is due. Julie Bigelow instituted the closed-door policy to Emmon’s personnel due to the consistent interruptions and verbal threats, which she was subjected to. Menifee Lies AKA Menifee Truth, constantly threatened to sue Julie on her handing of the “Recall” and our own CFO brags of how he made Julie cry. So, yes we know the gang who hung out at Emmons throwing round threats and trying to intimidate.

3. Our community was going through a quiet “Recall”. No threats of lawsuits. We wanted to make the community aware of our shoddy leadership per our BODS and then to give the community an opportunity to start up with “New Leadership” who could read, understand, follow the rules and enforce our CC&RS. What was so bad about that?? Nothing until a Roach and Sevard got involved. Then came the slander, libel, threats and vandalism. It is really something how two little men and their puppet master (George Moffitt) could wreck so much havoc and not be big enough to own up to it. They are all without Conscience and Honor. They were a part of transferring this community into chaos’s. Sounds like friends with benefits. Wonder what Moffitt has promised these friends??

4. Menifee Lies AKA MenifeeTruth, gave out incorrect information concerning ballots and voting. Sounds like they don’t want YOU to vote. Here is the correct information: Emmons does not have ballots, so don’t waste your time and call them. Contact Marc, who is an inspector of elections at marc@theinspectorsofelection.com or phone him at 1-800-350-8333. Their staff will make arrangements for you to get the necessary election material. You will need to send your ballots off ASAP for they will be counted Jan 16th. Just another example of “No Honor” from the boys.

OK Residents of Menifee Lakes, we're REALLY in trouble now! We no longer have Emmons as our Property Management Company nor Julie as our Association Manager. We have learned that they have both given notice to our Board of Directors. Julie, who worked for the pleasure of the Board and followed their orders did all she could to help keep our community together, but it has been obvious if you look at the Board's behavior, that this obviously was not their goal. We lost our lake manager Don Harris after 10 years, hate him or love him as you may, but our lake always looked great. Now take a look at it, it's no longer blue with clarity. I challenge you to put your hand in the water, feel the yuk on your fingers, then smell your hand afterwards. Now check the film on the water and then tell me what a great job our interim lake manger and his crew are doing. So here we are....NO manager, NO management company, ONE security guard... sounding like Sun City to me, just waiting for our CFO to offer a cut in dues to wipe out all of his waste in the previous months (increased payment for new Lake Manager and increased costs for security...sounds like friends with benefits, benefits which hurt our community).

Good going Vejar, McFarland, Skari, and Moffitt. You really screwed your community with the help of your friends Savard and Roach. The blind leading the blind. Can't blame this on the Recall. We have tried to remain civil, no throwing around threats of lawsuits (Menifee Truth-George's buddies) and no trying to intimidate others. We have followed the rules given to us, no tearing down signs, no vandalizing property, no tricking employees into giving us information on other residents, no stealing real estate signs and posting them on Recall members' properties. The consequences of your actions or lack thereof, have brought the community to an all-time low. Julie stood for honor, integrity and honesty, sounds like she, as well as Jim Emmons, couldn't handle dealing with the likes of you any longer. Julie will be truly missed. A petition for Recall was sent to the Board of Directors some time ago. This letter contained sensitive information concerning one of the originators for this petition. It listed her home address and signature, along with the signatures of the other individuals requesting the recall. The opposing side for recall asked for a copy of this letter for which the Association Attorney told them they were not entitled to this letter (feel free to verify with Julie at Emmons). Our Board of Directors CFO George Moffitt, friend of the Menifee Truth, then deceived an employee of Emmons into giving him a copy of this letter.

This is the SECOND time in recent weeks that this individual, Mr. Moffitt, has obtained information in violation of civil and corporate code by misusing his position as an officer of the Board of Directors. This letter then appeared on the opposing website for all of the world to see with all of this member's sensitive information as well as the signature of two other members. When questioned concerning the deception of the Emmons' employee in gaining this copy, Mr. Moffitt is reported saying to this employee, "It's your fault for giving it to me, and as a member of the association, I could do with it whatever I wanted ". What malfeasance this leader continues to show in betrayal of the trust of his office! . How would you feel having someone put your address with signature on the internet for all the world to see and criminals to have fun with, does "Identity theft ring a bell??"

Is this the kind of man we want as a leader for our community?? If so, feel free to give us your personal information with your signature and we'll pass it on to him. There was no remorse in his actions of putting an employee out to the wolves and possibly putting her job in jeopardy. This is certainly not the kind of man one would put everything on the line for, when we expect him to do the right thing, he is nowhere to be found - NO HONOR HERE AT ALL ! Just another reason for YES ON THE RECALL and why it is so important for you to VOTE ! THERE IS STILL TIME TO CAST YOUR BALLOT! We don't need leaders with this kind of character leading us. No regard for those they hurt or the damage they inflict. Remember this is not a paid job, there is no salary. But obviously there are kick-backs to be had by way of granting jobs to friends. Mr. Moffitt is bad news all the way around and needs to go!!

Unfortunately, one of our Recall members has been FORCED out of the Recall Effort for our community. It is our belief that information that could hurt Jayme has come forth and that she was threatened by Roach and Savard, Menifee Truth originators, to rescind her support of the recall or face having her personal business put on the internet for all to see. We were all well aware that Jayme had been repeatedly told by George Moffitt, our CFO of the Menifee Lakes Master Association Board of Directors, that he was "coming after her and would indeed get her". Well it looks like he and his cohorts behind the 'truth' site finally succeeded in carrying out his threat. It's a shame that these individuals don't realize or care about the families who are behind the ones they target. Where is the concern for the children and families harmed by their injurious, devastating tactics? We all know that when you injure the mother or the father, you injure the child. So how can they be sincere(?) when they say they are trying to bring the community together?? If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell. We know that these two men are known for slandering association members (homeowners) who don't agree with their way of thinking. They continue to speak out of both sides of their mouths. Do not be mislead by their attempt to bring our community together; these are the two men with help from our CFO who have caused division in this community with their lies, threats, and half truths. It has been confirmed that Jayme did not write the letter which these two men are touting for all to see. She did, however, sign it; which we understand why she did. As with any of us, our family and their well being comes first. Jayme will be missed but the RECALL group will carry on. The RECALL is alive and moving on!!
