This recall is about recalling those people on the current Board of Directors that have treated this community as though it were their own kingdom. Running a Non-profit Corp. is not any different than running any corporation. You are responsible and accountable to the shareholders. That is what we all are in Menifee Lakes. We own a big piece of the rock!!

Here is some truth. The shareholders / homeowners that have supported this recall effort have not just appeared on the scene. We have been volunteering in this community, some of us for 15+ years. We have been your elected delegates and alternates, served on committees such as the Lake committee, our security committee, and the architectural committee. Others have worked tirelessly on our concerts in park, election inspector for Emmons in past elections, the Menifee Lakes Women’s Club, who without, we wouldn’t have our July 4th fireworks or a Santa Claus at Christmas. Before we had our current security guards, one of us was a volunteer on the citizen’s patrol committee. We have given hundreds of hours of service to this community and have been in the trenches. We know how unproductive this Board has been and have seen first hand the back door politics that have taken place.

Yes, there are opposing views naturally and other websites . We respect that, but we do not respect those that have been using their website to cause pain and use racial propaganda to hurt and divide our community. There are now criminal investigations because of these hate crimes, as you know, if you’ve been reading the newspaper and watching TV.  We cannot respect anyone using graffiti on our community property and we know you don’t either.

We are about the truth and the truth is this Board needs to be recalled. If we were right about even ONE of our allegations, that in itself would be enough! That is why the State of California has the Civil Code and Corp. Code so that you don’t have a runaway Board Do you realize that 4 or 5 people are running the entire community right now. They make all the decisions about security, the lake, the swim lagoon, the CC&R’S and violations of, the fines, the renters, whether or not you can paint your house purple. Are you getting it? These people decide the future value of your homes. For some people that’s their retirement money or college money for their kids. Stop the bleeding and vote YES on the Recall.

When this is all over the opposition that has come out of the woodwork will be gone. Those of us who have volunteered 100’s of hours making Menifee Lakes a great place to live will still be hard at work. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU READ AND CONSIDER THE SOURCE VERY CAREFULLY. We have been vocal at each homeowners meeting for the past several months but at least you know who we are.

Let’s get on with the business of running this Association! Vote YES on the Recall.
